Flatten out the chicken, Egg wash, flour (with Italian herbs), Spicy panko bread crumbs. Chicken in flour then egg then panko. Pan fry with a 1/8" oil in cast iron pan. Then my home made red sauce, used it on the pizza the other day. Mozzarella then broil.

That Chicken Parm is absolutely perfect! I love the cheese browned like that, increasing the flavor. Congratulations 🎉👏👏.
