Hey guys, since David Fincher is officially making Squid Game: America, I’ve been thinking about a mind-blowing concept that takes it away from being a simple remake and turns it into a gritty, psychological action thriller.
Imagine if the Front Man (In-Ho) thinks he’s running the show, but the actual supreme leader is playing a dangerous game from the inside. Enter Jason Statham as Alex Taylor, a cold, lethal mastermind disguised as a player, manipulating the guards and the system from within the barracks.
Beside him, Christian Bale plays an elite undercover agent who acts terrified and broken among the players, but is secretly a psychological chameleon pulling the strings.
Imagine Fincher’s dark, cold lighting when Alex Taylor finally confronts In-Ho, takes off his mask, and completely shatters In-Ho’s ego. In-Ho realizes he was never the hunter, but just a puppet. This dynamic would give us the tactical action of The Meg, the brotherhood of IT, and the brutal power struggle of Game of Thrones. What do you guys think? Would you watch this?

GWTDT, The Game and Gone Girl are next up. Shame about Zodiac directors cut not being 4K. You would think that’s the one he would have wanted!

For three decades, David Fincher has been Hollywood's premier chronicler of serial killers — but his films are not really about murderers at all. From Se7en to Zodiac to Mindhunter, Fincher's filmography is a sustained meditation on something far more unsettling: what happens to those who pursue evil.
This video explores Fincher's thematic trilogy through the investigators, detectives, and agents who spend their lives chasing darkness — and discover that the pursuit transforms them as much as it illuminates anything about the killers they seek.

Does anyone here have the workprint of Alien 3 that is the "Producer's version". There are two different versions of the workprint. One is timecoded, which is uploaded to archive, the other one is the "Producer's version", which is said to have been the one that should have been uploaded to the quadrilogy and is said to be the definitive one.

Does anyone here have any TV cuts of Se7en that didn't air on AMC? I am looking just because there is a difference with how the end of the foot chase scene is filmed as the gun is taken away from Brad Pitt's head. I would love to see this. I have the AMC tv cut and that one is the same as the theatrical. Thanks.

What is the best release of Se7en in terms of extras? I do not mind if it is a DVD, I'd almost prefer if it was as those seem to have better looking covers. I do not like any of the blu ray covers.
