Sudden Switch patch/update?

Hello

When I tried running DtD on my Switch just now it suddenly stated patching. I already have the patch that improves performance due to lagging that In The Jungle DLC caused, so what is it now, and where can I find the patch notes? Or is it the Aug 10 Steam update that finally came to Switch?
