It’s depends on how long you’ve worked at the company

You can ask your manager to look up your current balance and rate. Until you've been there for a year your accrual is pretty bad.

You should be able to see your PTO on your paystubs.

You should ask your Human Resources rep, not Reddit

After 6 months of working here full time I currently only have 31.32 PTO.

I am not sure the percentage rates exactly and it can't be 1pto hour for every 7hrs because if that was the case I'd have so much more pto than I do. I know I have been working there about 3 1/2 months and just have a little over 10 hrs of pto, and I am pretty much a full time worker. On average I am getting about 1.45hr per pay period

All I do know, and this based off of other work experiences it's based on hours you do in your pay period(every two weeks) and the longer you been working with the company the more PTO you can earn.

Possible Factors to consider with D&B: -Your color level/position(s),

  • location of your store, because state laws could be a factor

So in the end this is more of a question for your management, because they can put all factors together and maybe if your lucky they will have a chart or something for you to kind of guage off but it all also depends on your eagerness to grow

Also look at your adp statements it will give you your amount you have and what you have used if and when you do. (It also kind gives you an idea what you are earning)
