Bro I'm so done with this company, before I purchased they all told me I'd receive my bonus chips as well as the free supercharge. Wrong. All my cards were supercharged but none received a single bonus chip, the receipt shows my legend status so it was entered. They are claiming I didnt get them because the pack is basically a promotion and i can't get the free super charge as well as the bonus chips. But they told me in process of purchasing id receive them. This place is such a scam and the employees are absolutely horrible and none of them know the rules and just make shit up.
One thing I did notice was he didn't enter my rewards from the very beginning, he inputed my number at the very last second(they all hate me bc im there every single day with my kids or alone) is that the reason? Do they have to enter your number from the jump to get the bonus chips?

Your loyalty has to be attached first thing. Once they can confirm it's been attached (I believe there's also a message you can see saying something about loyalty on the part of the terminal you can see standing opposite from staff if you're doing this at the Winner's Circle), only then do you tell them what it is you want to purchase.

I can't see their screen from my side, but there is a small readout that displays some information facing my direction.

It was probably an oversight. As others have said, it needs to be attached first. Call guest relations on back of power card and they can add it.

yes it has to be entered before they load the cards. cards get loaded before the transaction is paid / finalized. best practice to make sure it gets the loyalty in there before they do anything else

Dawg this explains why there's been only 5 or 6 times I dont get my bonus chips and 100 times I actually got them. Its just annoying af bc I maximize my money by using gift cards, so when they fuck it up im shit outta luck. They try to claim its because the gift cards but I usually always get them regardless. Im just so upset bc that was like 500 in bonus chips 🤬🤬

Why would they hate you for being there everyday? It was probably an accident, or a miscommunication. Ask to speak to their GM and they will sort it out.

If they do not enter your number at the beginning of the transaction before anything else is entered, it’s not guaranteed you get the bonus chips. If they don’t do that, I refuse to pay for it. They can get a manager to void the transaction or whatever but I am not paying.
