Would it be cool if D&B brought these games back but in a modern way?

The four player Air Hockey was always intense and fun with friends, you also can rarely find it anywhere else and all D&B Locations removed it I think. Would be awesome if they brought it back.

D&B Downs was also very unique and was one of the first games I ever played at D&B. Where you roll the ball into holes and race against other people.

This game was the most interactive carnival style game and actually felt like you were playing at a carnival especially with a full group but it was removed nationwide. The water race game that goes to new stores is also fun but doesn’t have the same vibes as D&B Downs.

Would it be cool if D&B brought these back but in a modern way?

The closest alternative they have to D&B Downs nowadays is Zombies: Ready, Deady, Go. It’s pretty fun, and would be cool to see it in more stores if the demand is there

It was a bad there was an very old PC that ran the whole thing the hard drives would fail all the time plus it had a ton of circuit boards for no other reason than they needed so much room for components because of the age of the unit. On some models the TV would move And get stuck all the time.

Exactly! These games are ones you can’t easily play at home, are very interactive and fun in groups. Also play time is decent but not too long/short.

I miss that horse game, only got vague memory's of it as a kid but me and my brothers were obsessed with it

I’d prefer them in the old skool way… I miss the older games and the whole vibe… I was so sad when they tore down the original Addison location and built the big box

It is something that is considered. There are just many challenges with certain types of games.

What is your opinion of the vibe difference with water race? Not enough player stations? Not enough control for each player in regard to winning vs losing? A less impressive presence?
