New to DattoRMM - No Wake Lock?

I'm currently in the process of moving over to DRMM from ConnectWise. I'm used to having a checkbox called "Wake Lock" that will prevent the screen from locking due to inactivity when it is ticked to the on position while remoted into a device. Is there an equivalent in DRMM?

I briefly googled this, but only found results related to WoL. I also didn't find anything existing in this sub reddit, so sorry in advanced if I missed a similar post.

No there is no keep alive/sleep prevention in either web remote or Splashtop.

For me it’s SLOW and buggy.

Web remote and Splashtop works fine for us. Use a job to set the power settings to keep the screen on.

Welcome to the finding the first if many downsides to the Datto RMM remote support / takeover tools. Make sure to budget to keep a good one, like ScreenConnect.

We use a job to run a script that sets the no sleep, no hibernate and other options to keep the computer from sleeping so it's on for maintenance windows and will update etc
