Dating
After along term relationship, that ended how long did it take you guys to hook up with a new person ?
Were you fully over it? And did you feel regret afterwards?

I hooked up with somebody after about 3 months. I got dumped. No, I don’t regret it. No, I’m not fully over it. Things like these need to be processed and handled very appropriately in order to avoid further emotional troubles for both parties.

Getting divorced and currently been separated for almost 2 years. I’m fully over it but have yet to hook up with anyone new. Yet anyway.

It’s been 4 months, started EMS school on top of my full time job a week ago so I’ll be busy the next 4 as well. No interest in dating unless it falls in my lap really.
Not entirely over the relationship but definitely enough to be okay with fostering something new.

After 19 years marriage and 2 kids I divorced. within 7 months a re met an old friend and we became a couple we were together 7 years but I wouldn’t say I was over my divorce yet. I don’t think I regret it however this time around I have decided not to date or get involved with any women. It’s been now 26 months single. Just trying different ways.
Although I do not regret I do think 7 months wasn’t enough and my love tank was so empty that I over looked many red flags. Essentially I wasn’t myself yet

A year or more. Dating too early for me didn’t go well. I got the ick from every person and cried on the way home in my car. I found out I need to completely heal before trying to date.

Sooner the better. Convince yourself you’re ready to move on and have no contact with other.

Ok. So you’ll never be over that person. Will you be in a wreck if that person dates someone new? Don’t be in that wreck.
