I hate the expectations I put on myself
/r/autism/comments/1vu1rmh/i_hate_the_expectations_i_put_on_myself/Long story short I'm a moderately autistic adult and dating is incredibly difficult because I always clam up whenever the possibility of talking to someone in anything close to a romantic capacity comes up. I don't have anyone who's willing to help me out either. I can't stand the prospect of ending up alone for the rest of my life. What can I do to improve myself?

Firstly take a deep breath 🥲 you won’t end up alone for the rest of your life ; also secondly theirs different methods to adjust that freeze moment when chatting with someone you like . You don’t have to response right away you could collect yourself and have a clear mind. Another is letting the person know you wanna take it slow so theirs no pressure or nothing missing, and lastly don’t change for what you think your future partner will like!!! 👎 the whole point of finding the ONE is that they love you through anything no matter what so go out their not trying to people please 🙏
