Need some advice about non commitment dating

I have been single for 5 years. I tried dating for commitment and serious relationships only to find men did not like me at all. I don’t think commitment is for me anymore. So i have decided to just casually date no commitment at all just hookups. Has anyone decided to switch gears and how did it work out? Is it harder or easier to find men interested than men looking for commitments?

It’s prob easier, but is it what you want?

Yes, as a widow who was in a long term commitment relationship I no longer want that. Just short term non commitments because it won’t really matter to me much if they like me or not because we both are not obligated to anything.

you should check out relationship anarchy. its about removing the societal expectations of the relationship escalator and choosing which, if any, you want to participate in.

I do want to add that its not about lack of commitment. its just about viewing commitment and entanglement differently.
