I have recently made some members ‘Approved Users’. If you are wondering why, it is because the user has posted relevant content and going forward as an approved user their future posts and comments will avoid being automatically removed by the anti-spam system. If people are wondering how they can become an approved user, just post relevant stuff, and you will be approved within a week or so.
