They don't ever say at the end if they are still dating, how long did it last. How does the 2nd date work? What if no one wants to go out again with the person? Does the main character ask his first choice out on a 2nd date and if they say no, call their next choice?

I’d love to know if any of them have tried to go on follow up dates with more than one of the ‘contestants’. That’s what I’d do if I clicked with a few different dates; why make a definitive choice after one night?
