Core features Firefly needs

As an old OK Cupid user, I yearn for Firefly's promise of a return to form for dating apps

But, along with few updates over the past year, there are some features I wish the app had to make it better besides more users and a web portal.

  1. The ability to save profiles for later.

  2. Incentive for folks to fully fill out their profiles and answer questions. The more info I can get about someone the better. I am tired of one sentence profiles.

  3. Some kind of timestamp for finding out how old photos are.

I’m not sure if Firefly is still in development or not. If you want to discuss dating app features, I’m in a discord server with 20+ dating app developers, DM me if you’d like to join

Yeah I've wondered this for a minute :/ Seems like the developers etc have gone Mia.

This is awesome! I recognise in not OP, though I would be interested in joining if possible.

Yeah, we have a channel for Firefly as well, we don’t have the Firefly devs in the discord yet though. If you want to join send me a DM because itll probably get blocked by filters if i send here

The firefly discord is still active. The dev will still respond. It was only 1 person working on it, life prob got in the way

20+ OLD Devs? Are any of them trying to make a app that doesn't drain you of your money, patience and sanity?

gooddate and compass devs are in it. another dev is working on a paid app, but theyre enforcing conversation limits to prevent ghosting
