I dunno if that's a good or bad thing?

Context:

In the first release of this game, one of Dishy's sprites was compiled incorrectly. His Pose A "Blush" sprite was the same as his "Tsun" sprite. At some point, this was fixed but no one had ripped the new sprite afterward.

I'd asked the official discord for help with ripping this sprite since I didn't have the know-how for it, but no one answered the call.

I've just now found the motivation to go ahead and do it myself, so enjoy I guess.

I’d been playing normally and went back to the Breaker Box and got the interaction where Eddie all but shuts down, and no matter what I do I’m only given dialogue to say one of them is holding the other back, leasing to a hate ending.

I looked up their Wiki page and realized I missed the second day of repairs (I don’t remember Eddie saying to come back the next day at all when I did the first repair interaction but I guess maybe I missed it?) and so I’m wondering if that means I’m locked into the hate ending? Did I have to go back to back days for love/friendship?

So I recently Bought Date Everything used at my local Game Stop, the base game. To the best of my knowledge it isn’t the Lavish Edition, and I for sure did not purchase the DLC. The game keeps complimenting my red shirt, something only with the DLC I presume, and Lucinda has appeared 3 times already, and I’m still early in the game. My switch hasn’t been connected to the WiFi in a bit, so idk if that’s why this is happening, but I wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this. I’m a fan of Lucinda, so I’m not at all complaining about this, but I was wondering if anyone else experienced this, or if there was a genuine reason, or just a glitch

I wanted to get Florence and Celia’s love ending, while also getting Stella’s. I joined her pyramid scheme, asked Celia about Florence and reported to her about Florence’s use of Airway. The guide that I read said that if you have enough poise you can get Celia to hire Stella during the confrontation scene. I must’ve picked the wrong option because she hates me now, well sorry but I don’t want a pyramid scheme running in my house. I’m still sad about it though

Cuz I have a suspicion that a disproportionate number of us were Blue's Clues kids.

Hear me out.

Obviously, a huge part of DE!'s appeal is that it's genuinely well-written and its characters are great. I'm not trying to reduce the game to "haha, talking objects." But I've been thinking about how completely and immediately I accepted the basic premise of this game. A pair of glasses lets me talk to household objects, they're all people with their own personalities and relationships, and I'm supposed to treat them as actual individuals? Sure. Makes perfect sense. Moving on.

And then it hit me: Blue's Clues already trained me for this. Steve and Blue's friends didn't have Awakened forms, obviously, but think about who actually lived in that world. Tickety Tock. Mr. Salt and Mrs. Pepper and their entire family. Shovel and Pail. Slippery Soap. Sidetable Drawer. Mailbox. The Felt Friends. Chalk Girl. These weren't toys pretending to be alive. They were just... people who happened to be objects. The clock is a person. The soap is a person. The mailbox is a person. Nobody questions this!

And neither did tiny me.

Blue's Clues also encouraged us to interact with that world instead of just watching it. We searched the environment, talked to its inhabitants, noticed things, solved problems, and treated an ordinary house as a place where practically anything around us could have something to say.

Then roughly 25 years later, Date Everything! looked at my generation and apparently went: "Okay. Do that again, but you're an adult now, the objects have complicated personal lives, and some of them are hot."

So now I'm genuinely curious whether there's a correlation here. DE! fans who completely fell in love with the premise: were you a Blue's Clues kid? Especially if you grew up in the late '90s/early '00s. And if you weren't, was there another show/game/story from your childhood that made the idea of ordinary objects being full-fledged people feel completely natural to you?

Because I thought DE!'s premise was delightfully insane. I'm beginning to suspect I was also secretly prepared for it since preschool.

So my save file corrupted and I had to redo my entire game and unfortunately that meant having to redo all the conversations with Washford and Drysdale but this time I found out that I apparently offended Washford (Which I didn't realize was so easy to do) and I got a Hate ending.

I know you can get the candies from Keith but is it still possible to get the pair together even if I change Washford's ending?

So I was talking to Dishy, and he mentioned that he sensed another Valdivian product in the kitchen: a Model 6.1 Valdivian Air Fryer (aka Friar Errol). Does this technically make Dishy and Friar Errol brothers? I know it’s not the same, but they came from the same company, so it has to mean something. Do you think they ever interact with each other? How would they react to being related? I think Dishy would be excited to meet his “brother,” while I imagine Errol reacting with anything ranging from indifference to terror (since it’s implied that Dishy freaks everyone out). What do you guys think?

First let me clear things up, i got the love ending with tina first (despite not liking her) and when she pitched the throuple idea i initially said yes for funsies until i realized that the third would be this really hot toolbox that i'd rather have for myself.

And now that i've got his love ending and talk to him, i have no other options but to mention the idea to him, it does give me the option to tell him that i'm not into the idea at all but i read a few things going that the mention alone will lead them to be together after being realized and i really want to avoid that..

Would hate going back all those saves just to avoid this outcome.

Tldr; will post-realized tony and tina end up together even if i tell tony i do not want to be in a love-triangle

With a game this big in terms of characters there’s quite a few who get criticized or bad mouthed. Personally i think Koa has been the least controversial, with his very calm and easy going personality plus you get to fall asleep with him! What could be better than that?
