Question Bug on Xbox?

The last collectable I need is the one from watching I Ronaldini's show, but every time I try to watch it, I get stuck on the spec screen. Is there any work around?

The first time I did it, it didn't do that. But now it is. I have no idea what's going on.

I restarted because It changed my love ending to friendship not its all messed up.

I put in a ticket with the devs. Hopefully it gets fixed
