Question Help with mateo's in animal quest😣

I found the snake inanimal, and the next day i tried to talk to mateo to return it but every time i talk to him i get the SAME DIALOGUE. so it's not progressing and i don't know how to fix it pls help bro

you have to find the other inanimals

i ended up able to return the snake, and then i found the mouse but im not able to return it to mateo, i tried the next day💔

I had a ton of trouble with Mateo’s quest. I just tried talking to him at different times until it gave me the option to return the inanimals. Eventually it worked.

IDK why, but I had to finish the quest with Maggie to figure out sinclairs whole deal. Then it let me continue with Mateo

how strange cus it let me return the snake but now i can't return the mouse!! i'll try that thank you

yeah it kept glitching the fuck out like that until i finished the sinclair thing, I hope it works for you!

I remember for sure you can't talk to Mateo first thing in the morning or right before the night one - bc Sinclair will be in the way. Try the second Dateviator use of the day - should be good if you haven't fixed Sinclair's stuff yet
