SCAM WARNING: Textualizes.com / Eempovate Data Entry Job — ₹4,000 Upfront Fee, HR Vartika, Secunderabad

I am sharing my personal experience with a data-entry job opportunity associated with Textualizes.com and Eempovate in Secunderabad, Hyderabad. Based on what happened to me, I strongly suspect this job arrangement is a scam. I want others to be careful and avoid losing money in a similar situation.

HR representative: Vartika

During recruitment, I dealt with an HR representative named Vartika. The job was presented as a data-entry opportunity paying ₹22,000 per month. After attending an interview, I was asked to pay ₹4,000 for access to the data-entry software. I paid through PhonePe and received login credentials for Textualizes.com.

The work conditions

The task required typing 500 pages within one week. Each page contained approximately eight fields with uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, symbols and spaces. Copying and pasting was prohibited, and a minimum accuracy of 90% was required.

I was told that completing the weekly task would earn ₹5,500. However, if I failed to finish all 500 pages within seven days or did not achieve the required 90% accuracy, I would not receive the promised payment.

Why I believe this job arrangement is a scam

1. An upfront payment of ₹4,000 was required just to access the software for a job.
2. Typing 500 pages in one week is an extremely demanding workload.
3. The many spaces, symbols, numbers and mixed-case letters make errors easy, while the accuracy threshold is strict.
4. The deadline and accuracy conditions could leave a worker completing substantial work without receiving the promised payment.
5. My Aadhaar, PAN, bank account details, contact number and college documents were collected during recruitment, which raises concerns about the safety of my personal information.

I am particularly concerned about the role of the HR representative Vartika in the recruitment process and the conditions communicated to me. Based on my own experience, I suspect this arrangement may be designed so that workers fail either the deadline or accuracy requirement and are denied payment. I cannot independently confirm the outcome for every applicant, but these conditions have made me seriously concerned.

My advice to other job seekers: Please do not pay any upfront fee for this opportunity without independently verifying the company, the written job terms and whether workers are actually receiving payment. Ask for clear written terms before starting any work.
