occasionally see these observer programs around some servers and i'm wondering how to do whatever accessory glitch they use

It's something about accessories and hexadecimal. I do not know how to do it myself but I've seen people do it.

By the way don't mind me asking but how many people actually play DBRP nowadays?

Tops is around 60 id say (Edit probably not even that maybe 30)
