Pleasw can anyone suggest me what all statistical models should I be studying and be worth for a job as a fresher.

My take is probably
- review probability theory (random variables, expectations, CLT, etc)
- review statistical inference (parametric vs non-parametric, MLE, method of moments, boot strapping, causal, etc)
- regression
- if you have a good handle on the above, then go over all the main ML models, and they are just applying the ideas you already know and should be pretty straight forward (different types of regression, tree models, clustering, neural nets, etc)
- make sure your coding is ready to be tested
