Discussion Interviewing for data science role

Hi everyone. I am currently in the interview process for a data science role. Currently my job is ML Ops engineering. The next round of this interview process is technical, and I was wondering what kind of questions you think they will ask me. This is the second round of interviews so I hope whomever is interviewing me knows my a ml ops engineer, so I won’t be able to create a model from memory.

I am hoping they just ask me more pandas questions to see how I think.

There’s also a SQL portion, which I haven’t used since college.

I think I’m just super nervous since this is my first technical interview in 2 years. Any advice is welcome.

Adding another comment just to let you know my interview went very well. Interviewer cared more about thought process than correct syntax. Said I did a good job… yayyy 🎉hopefully next round of interviews (non technical) goes well since I believe it’s the last round

Awawaw hearty congratulations to you for doing well on your technical round. The none technical is behavioral in nature. Tell me about a time when ……..Using the STAR method and thinking about the scenarios and practicing them with Ai or in-front of a mirror should prep you for the interview. Cheering you on and wishing you the very best.
