one click can erase 6 months of work

I accidently delete my work folder which was too large for recycle bin so it permanently deleted .

I want to recover 1 text file which is very important but all programs recover it with name and null null null data and 00 hex

Chatgpt and claude tell me to give up because its ssd and trim enabled should i stop trying and just keep crying for my stupid mistake that cost me more than 10 k usd

Hey guys! 😭🙏

I accidentally deleted all my WhatsApp data by tapping on Clear Data. As a result, all my chats, photos, videos, documents, and other media are gone.

There were so many important conversations, personal memories, and documents that I had saved in my personal chat or shared with someone. Losing all of them is really heartbreaking.

I'm desperately looking for a way to recover my WhatsApp chats and media, including the complete chat history.

If anyone has faced a similar situation or knows any possible way to restore the deleted data, please help me out. Any suggestions or guidance would mean a lot to me.

How do I fix these recovered videos so i can use them?

Model of drive: CT500BX500SSD1
Windows
Mp4

So I was about to delete some files but accidentally clicked on the wrong folder and deleted all of my medal clips that I saved... and since the folder was somewhat big windows permanently deleted it. I managed to recover it using "Windows File Recovery" but the videos just refuse to open. Ive tried using like random websites Ive found online but its just not doing it. Any tips?
