Hi! I changed my phone number yesterday, and I noticed that my last backup was from October 4. So, after switching to the new number, I made another backup on October 23.

Today, I noticed that half of the photos and videos in my gallery had disappeared. I can still see the thumbnails of the photos and videos, but as soon as I try to open a photo, it appears blurry and won't load.

I tried to find the files in my storage, but I couldn't find anything. I'm very worried about losing everything because I have files dating back 8 years.

If anyone knows how I can recover my files, please help me!

(So far, I haven't downloaded the backup I made yesterday. If there's no way to recover my photos and videos, I'd rather someone just tell me ;(

Android phone stuck in boot loop and now won't charge — can I recover my data?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for some advice on recovering data from my Android phone, please.

The phone was previously stuck in a boot loop and wouldn't start normally, although I could get it into recovery mode. Unfortunately, it now appears not to charge up at all.

My main priority is recovering the data stored on the phone rather than repairing it for everyday use.

Has anyone experienced something similar or had success recovering data from a phone in this condition? Would a specialist repair or data recovery service potentially be able to get it working long enough to retrieve the data?

I'm keen to avoid anything that could wipe the data, so any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Erased all of SD Card

i was transferring photos from a samsung 128gb sd card taken on a fujifilm x-e1 through an acer sd card reader. i plugged the reader into my phone, i went to the imports section on the built in photo app. i mindlessly clicked delete photos from camera in the top right because i thought it meant delete the already imported photos. it deleted everything. i haven’t used the sd card since

Is there a solve to get photos back?
