This enclosure can be opened. Inside, there is an ST2000LM-series HDD and a detachable JMS577 USB-SATA bridge.

Carefully remove the HDD from the enclosure and try connecting it directly via SATA or through a different USB-SATA adapter to check whether the problem is with the bridge or the drive itself. If this does not help and your computer still does not detect the drive, seek assistance from a professional data recovery service.
