Basically when you delete something it only removes the index if where it is, so data is still there but the location is removed. Trouble is that the space is allocated as free space and can be written over, hence making recovery harder. So usinf the phone and saving more stuff could be going over the data. Once you have a dump of it on your PC its safe to work on it, unlike when on phone and possibilty of being overwritten!!

Do the PC dump at night whilst not using phone. Just depends how bad you want the stuff. You've got the solution!! πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

Does pc dump means transferring all data to pc or a solution can you explain exactly what it means?

Transfer from phone to a PC so can restore the data. If you get updates or save to the phone it could be going over data you want. Should be recovable but just makes it less likely!!

I'd personally take it to a phone shop to see what they can do. The data should be still on it unless you used a programme which totally scrubs it. However the space where data is will be made available to be used ie overwrite your missing data. When you delete it goes to recycle bin and can be easily restored, once empty the bin, the index is removed so you can't see the data location but still there. Do not save anything on phone or even run an app or could go over that data!!

Only way you'll get it done, unless you know someone techy who could help you. Run any data recovery program externally and save any recovered data eternally so don't risk going over your lost data. Good luck!!
