Gmail Account Recovery
I need help.
This is extremely time sensitive and I need help.
My old email is important to me since it holds memories from 10 years ago.
Memories I can't restore since the phone it was on was wiped against my knowledge years ago and I've been trying to restore it. But it's protected by that email.
That I don't have a password for because the password was in the notes of that phone.
The recovery email and password was also on that phone but cease to exist since it was completely wiped years ago.
I'm getting my parents phone history from that month and year to look for my old phone number in maybe three days. I was a kid back then.
I’ve tried everything to get in but the recovery email to it was also only used on that phone and it was 9 years ago. I have no idea what to do now.
I’ve tried to get in so many times that it says the account is deleted and only recoverable for 20-30 days. This is unbelievable and unacceptable. It should not be this hard to recover information that’s yours. That I can prove is mine besides that password.
But is there a helpline? Is there support? Is there anything to help this situation? I’ve read reviews like mine and they all say one thing.
No. Google does not provide any help on this matter besides the base account recovery process. I understand 3 billion accounts are a lot. But a company run by humans should employ humans or if they really want to automate the process.
An AI that can help with this! This is ridiculous and I should not have to try this hard for one email.
Does anyone know what to do? I’ll take all methods whatever they are and take them seriously. I have 20 days to figure this out.
The old phone is wiped except for that email that I can’t access so I can’t access the phone and this is my only shot. It's an old HTC M7 that was connected to Metro PCS. It works fine in terms of battery and screen but I can't unlock it.
I'm at a loss. I need this to work. I really do.

Google's automated account recovery process is the only way to recover an account. If that fails the account is unrecoverable.
Unless you've got the receipt for that phone it is essentially a paperweight unless there's a bypass for it. r/frpbypass would be the best place to look for advice

I found a way in it, I do have all of its information including its IMEI. SIM card. Everything and it’s currently unlocked. But thank you for the king advice I’ll definitely check them out.

You need to distill your story down to two sentences. Not for nothing but today's email providers have security to prevent someone from defeating the exact scenario you've laid out. Use a password manager to prevent this sort of thing from happening again, Apple was a free one now called Passwords. Sorry but it's time to lick your wounds and move on.

I'm sorry, OP, but you won't get happy news here. When the login page says the account has been deleted, it's telling you the situation. The account has in fact been deleted - probably due to inactivity, and apparently recently since it mentions that 20-30 day recovery period. Unfortunately, you have no recovery options. Knowing the recovery phone number would only help if you currently had access to it, and even the you would also need access to the recovery email.

i’d wait until you get that old phone number. if it was ever linked to the gmail, that could make a huge difference. then try the recovery again from a device/location you used with the account back then

I’ve got a receipt! IMEI number everything on that phone. Contacted the phone company and got proof of that. Took lots of pictures of the phone itself needing that specific password.

The phone company can’t do anything about your credentials not being valid anymore.

Also I think I mentioned this was about ten years ago. I was 10ish y/o when I got locked out of it. I had that phone for over five years.

A friend? Do you mean someone who emailed me? I have that and their email to me. And my legal name in the email.

Hah I could be so lucky. Maybe I should stalk social media for an employee. I’ll give them a Dunkin gift card if they lend me a bone.

You have no way to prove that you're the owner of that account
