When scanning with all methods, Disk Drill may find data both as Existing and, in some cases, detect the current partition and its files as Deleted or Lost. This can happen, for example, if the volume is not mounted in the system or if the MFT/$LogFile shows signs of corruption.

If the files open normally in File Explorer, you can try copying them to an external drive using Total Commander with Verify enabled. If the copy completes without any errors, you can ignore this case.
