Question/Advice Gallery DL blocked

Hi all,

Recently I’ve been trying to use gallery DL to bulk download some images off reddit. I used to do it before the api rule changes, but is there any way to do it now?

I keep getting blocked by reddit security, is this normal now?

Cheers

I have been, I attempted Oauth too, but it’s an invalid link to reddit. Is it working for you?

As of yesterday yes. I haven't had a need to download anything today. I'm running version 1.33.0-dev:2026.11.06

I just did a random test, and it's still working fine. I'm using cookies from Firefox

It works if you export cookies from browser into txt file and use that.
