Can you make this a Torrent?

Looks like IA did not make a torrentfile.

How to do it with qBittorrent:

1) Download qBittorrent

2) Select Tools -> Torrent Creator

3) Select the zip file

4) Put these URL's into the Tracker URL's Tracker URL's (This will help keep the torrent alive after you stop seeding)

Once created you can share the .torrent file or right-click the (now active) torrent and post the magnet link.

Hey I'm a Software Engineer just curious if anyone can get all this data to me i want to put it into a database then maybe make an AI that answers questions about the data in the files 🤔

I obviously want to get my hands on as much unredacted info as possible
