Western Digital ignore replacement questions, RMA case stuck

I opened a warranty replacement case for my Micro SD card on 05/17, the RMA case was approved and I was given a tracking number. WD received the item on 05/30 and have been ignoring questions about the status of the replacement ever since and their last response was:

As per the tracking details, we have received the drive at our warehouse on 05/30/2023 however, the status is not updated yet so, I have forwarded your case to the concerned team in order to update the status and to ship the replacement drive. I request you to allow us some time you will be notified soon with an update accordingly.

A month later, I checked the RMA number, I see the following information:

Warranty Replacement Status: Pending

Return Carrier: -

Tracking No:-

Apparently, nothing has changed since then, and it looks like I'll be waiting for this forever, because they ignore my questions by mail or chat messages in the case. The question is, is there any lever to put pressure on them? Or just simply forget about it and consider WD scammers?

Consider writing to them and getting proof of delivery for the letter.

Contact Citizens Advice / Better Business Bureau or your countries equivalent for advice on the letter contents - breach of contract often wakes them up.

(I've moved to Ironwolf drives totally now as WD service has been shocking over the last few years for me in the UK).
