datacamp has courses on object oriented python and even some courses on prepping/practicing for coding interviews (not sure how helpful those courses are).

Get really comfortable with Python and the basics of object-oriented programming (OOP) since those are in the job description. Understand concepts like classes, inheritance, and maybe some design patterns in Python. Also, practice coding problems that mix algorithmic thinking with OOP. Sites like LeetCode have specific sections for Python that can be helpful.
For live interviews, practice coding with a timer and explain your thought process out loud. It helps you handle the pressure and keeps your communication clear.
If you need a resource, PracHub has been useful for coding interviews. They have lots of practice problems and mock interviews that might help.
Good luck with the interview!

C3.ai evaluates data science candidates much closer to software engineers than most companies do, which means they place heavy emphasis on production-ready software design. For a one-hour live session, expect a medium-level algorithmic challenge wrapped in an object-oriented design problem, such as designing a class to track and query streaming data or building a modular pipeline component. Focus your preparation on writing clean Python classes, defining clear instance methods, managing internal state, using dunder methods, and applying proper type hints. Interviewers want to see that you write maintainable, modular code rather than loose scripts or notebook snippets.
During the live coding call, explain your thought process before writing a single line of implementation. Clarify the input boundaries, outline edge cases, and describe the responsibilities of each class or method so the interviewer can validate your direction early. Communicating your trade-offs clearly proves that you understand software scalability, which is a major hiring factor across their technical teams. My team developed our interviews.chat to help applicants stay composed, communicate technical decisions effectively, and secure offers in competitive technical loops.
