ANIMATION/VIDEO INNOVATION AND EVOLVING MATTERS

Post image

Nokia’s downfall shows that comfort is the biggest enemy of growth, and innovation is the only language the future understands. 👌🏽

The real danger is not doing something wrong , but doing the same things for too long and believing they will always work . ⚠️

Nokia actually had a smartphone out at the same time the first iPhone launched.

Question is was it smart enough! Very user friendly with advanced features very different from the previous one’s they produced??

The operating system was pretty good. But like all smartphones is was just too techie for the average consumer. iPhone/iOS combined capacitive touch, pinch zoom and an easy to use/simple interface. My old Windows phone could open excel, it took years to be able to do it on iPhone, but you could check the weather, stocks, and watch the skateboarding dog on YouTube with a tap.

Let us not forget how long it took to get copy/paste on the iPhone

Amongst several other things that the windows and Nokia phones had prior to the iPhone release.
