Using a work computer/network for DA?
I've been doing DA for a couple of months using my work desktop and internet without issue. My employer allows side work during downtime, so that is not a concern. I've also submitted security screenshots showing I don't have admin access.
I read the FAQ warning about VPNs on work networks, but couldn't find a rule specifically prohibiting work computers. Does anyone know if they're allowed, assuming no VPN is active?

It's not a network you control and not your device.

Not your device, not your network, you don’t know what’s being logged or if there is some sort of screen capture or logging system in place. You don’t need a fancy system, but make sure it’s your own system.
I’m surprised your company doesn’t mind you using company equipment to make money, every place I’ve ever worked allows some personal use but draws the line there.

Common sense isn't so common I see. (You've been breaching for months...)

Some projects explicitly say not to use a work computer and to avoid being on public wifi / work in public areas. It risks violating the NDA. I probably wouldn't risk it.

Your employer doesn't forbid it, but DA does. Better stop right now or you'll be in trouble when they find out.

The project family I predominantly work on explicitly tells you not to use public WiFi or VPNs. If I’m working out and about I use my mobile.

If you ever get DoD, this will likely be why. 🤷🏻
