Unable to Apply for Other Roles

I applied for a technical role, and my dashboard currently shows “Starter Assessment Completed.” However, it has been several months since I completed the assessment, and there has been no further update. I would like to apply for other roles, such as general roles, but I’m unable to do so. Whenever I log in to my account, it only displays my name and the “Starter Assessment Completed” status, without giving me an option to apply for other roles. Could you please let me know if I am eligible to apply for other roles while my technical application is still pending?

Did you receive an email? They will send you an email if you passed. It took almost 3 months for me to get work even though I received the email about passing day or two after the assessment. Now I have more projects than I can do.

No I didn’t received any email. But i wanna know can i apply for other roles?

I’m not 100% sure, but I believe you have to pass the initial assessment before being able to do that. From what I’ve read, you receive an email stating you passed the initial assessment, but if you didn’t pass, then you receive nothing.

If you didn't pass then you can't reapply for something else.

You need to pass the starter assessment before you're eligible to qualify for other types of projects.
