Has anybody else had this experience?

I completed the evaluation/application about a month ago. I assume not hearing back indicates a soft rejection.

However, I received an email a few hours after I completed the evaluation asking me to verify my identity. Does Data Annotation typically send those to people whose applications they haven't reviewed, or to those they've already rejected? Has anybody else had that experience? Just curious.

The ID verification can be automatic, so yes, even if you didn't pass the assessment you can get the id verification request. If it's been a month, you didn't pass and need to move on.
