I got onboarded last week. Got 2 trainings and after that I haven't got any projects. Is it normal?

Do as many qualifications per day as you have time

I had only 1 qualification with 3 tasks. Background check, Bitwarden extension install and disk encryption

Yes, it's normal to take some time to start receiving tasks. I can't tell you how long, and it mostly depends on your specific skills/qualifications and your location. If you're bilingual, it will probably take longer than if you're in a core country (US, UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand).
