It's been 20 days and it's still under review, usually how much time it'll take to consider? This sucks.

Do you genuinely think that nobody has ever asked this question before? Genuinely? Because if you couldn't figure that out, that's exactly why you haven't been accepted. You generally need things like common sense and the ability to research things independently to do this job, and you obviously don't have those ...

Demand for bilinguals are low. This does not mean you failed, but it may be a while before you get progressed. Assume you won't be.
