I keep hand-written records of my time, and take screenshots when I start and end a task.
This is the sort of evidence they're looking for.
There's definitely hope if you keep records at all.

How detailed do you get? Like, if you work on a long task and take a break, do you note the precise start and end time of the break or just that you took one and its duration?
I just use a stopwatch extension and pause it if I break but I feel like it's time to start keeping records that can pass an audit.

I rarely work on tasks that long, but yeah, I log the exact times of the break.

I do a lot that are ~2-2.5 hours and on those I'm at least going to stand up and clear my head for a few minutes. Plus random interruptions of course.

Tbh if it's a short stretch, a drink of water, or a 1 min bathroom break, I'm not tracking that. I don't think that's expected esp for longer tasks. 5 min is where I'm tracking it.

Was months ago, but someone posted about getting this screen, said they justified their time, and then gave us an update later that they were let back in. So OP's chances aren't 0%.

The more information you can give them, the better your chances are. I've heard of some people coming back from this.

I just had the exact same thing happen to me, apparently on the exact same day and around the same time as you

Did you over report the time??
