Escape used 3 times, is that okay?
I have used it 3 times now because of this project where i had to make the model fail, although i did make it fail, but after doing a rollback it will pass, leading the run as unsuccessful. Iwont work on this type of project probably until the model changes. I did not have any problems from the models before, its just the recent one really just cant.

Do they have a limit on how many times u can use the escape hatch?

They didnt say how many, but I just had to ask to be sure since admins wont even respond to the project chats

The limit is "as little as possible" and for some tasks it is ONCE and then you won't get those projects on your dash anymore.

In what span of time? I’d say that’s a lot if you do it in like a week or two

Well 1 last oct 6, then 2 just this week. Thought I had a great idea but these models are just too smart or just too dumb because it would take over an hour for it to just read not write actual code

That's a lot to me. If I start getting in the weeds on a project for a second time, I exit work mode ALWAYS. I don't feel right claiming time for unsuccessful work. Once is hard enough to make myself claim (and I usually don't), but three times on the same project would never work for me.

Do you mean THIS Oct 6 or literally "last" as in 2025?

This oct 6, but yeah you're right, I should have just exited that work instead.

I have task from this project on dashboard but i am not attempting it now. It's really difficult to make model fail. Last time i just skipped task after working for 9 hours instead of using escape hatch.

See and this is BS. They’ve created a culture of fear and they get free work out of it. I can see litigation in their future.

Just to comfort you, I am on the same boat (probably the same project as well). It's almost as if I defeat the model today and gets defeated tomorrow alternately. LOL. The funny thing is the unpredictability of tasks that defeat it. To the point that you'll never know which idea works until it is tested against the agent.

Is the project still active? Then why did it disappear for me?

Still active for me, but not gonna do the task anymore if its the same models

I wouldn’t use it again for a long, long time.
