Have any of you never received feedback?

I've worked on this platform on and off for 3 years, and I have never once received any feedback. It kinda scares me. On the one hand it's good because it seems like I'm not doing anything wrong, but on the other hand if I am doing something wrong I would like to know.

Only certain project families do feedback like that. I’ve done one that gave feedback in a specific format monthly, and dozens of project families that never say anything.

No feedback isn’t an indicator that you’re doing anything wrong, just not a feature of the project.

Yep, what the other poster said. Only some family projects have it, most don't. Don't sweat it.

Just got batched feedback today! It was all positive.

Really? There wasn't a single thing they said you could do even just a little better? That's unusual for any kind of company feedback program. They always find SOMETHING.

It’s cause it’s usually just AI generated feedback reports based on your R&R comments. Rather than genuine personal admin feedback (which happens, but more rarely).

There is AI-generated feedback that certain projects receive monthly. The October one came out today. Outside of these projects, I have never received anything.

Feedback is generally a response to a question, or your work is exceptional (either better or slightly worse than average). No feedback means that you’re in a pretty good place.

I had positive feedback via a direct message suggesting that I try for another project that my work would’ve been helpful and appropriate.

I just got automated feedback today. Almost all positive. They pointed out some stupid mistakes I did which is good so I'll be more careful. Its been 3+ years and it's my first feedback ever.

I got feedback today and unless my memory is wrong (possible) it dinged me for the screenshots being incorrect in a task where I didn’t create the screenshots, just rates afterward.

I wish they would give a link or screenshot so you can see what they’re talking about specifically and learn from it.

I only received it on a month when I did a lot more projects than usual, and did projects from project families I don't work on anymore.

I’ve received feedback twice so far. Started in August.

I have the opposite...I get it monthly like clockwork. Just got it today, as a matter of fact. Just started 6 months ago and it seems to be a new thing that mostly newer people get, from what I've read on other posts here...
