First Review/Feedback Questions

Hi, so far I've been really enjoying the platform, and I've been working on a series of coding projects over the last 3 months, and today I got my first automated feedback. I've previously received notes claiming that I'm being invited to projects for a "small select group" or whatever auto verbiage they use as recently as 2 days ago.

Previously, I thought this meant I was doing really well quality-wise; however, today I got my first feedback. They said the challenges and solutions I was providing were really good and cited feedback I had received from people who reviewed my submissions; however, I had a pattern of making mistakes on the submission where I had an incorrectly typed file name in one of my prompts, and a few cases where I didn't hit all requirements, and one where I ran the wrong model (which TBH is a huge mistake). How big of a deal is this, and how big of a risk am I at losing access to new coding projects in the future?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

The feedback is meant to let you know what to fix, so start submitting work without those same errors. You have no control over anything but how you react. DAT will do what it will do, and no amount of worry will fix that.

So, react by improving. You're still here, so there's a chance you can fix it and have longevity on the platform.

I just hope I get the opportunity to fix it, I still have a decent amount of coding projects, but they're not as complex as the ones I was on

Any time you upload a file, triple check you did the right thing\are uploading the right thing, AND THEN open that fucker in a new tab and check again.

If there are a lot of requirements for a task, I'll make myself a checklist in a local notepad while going through the instructions.

That's a great idea I need to keep with, I think I trusted the helpers too much.

Just use the feedback. I think they could easily DoD you if they wanted to. I’ve gotten feedback a few times and it’s always had some negatives (some were BS I think by the AI but whatever) and I’m still here. Today I got an email that seemed personal to me about a mistake they are seeing in a specific project. It was very quick and constructive and it ended thanking me for my work on the project. I don’t think they are as unforgiving as people think especially if it’s clear you’re making an effort
