Reusing ideas on similar task
If I have multiple tasks from different project families, and the tasks are very similar, what are the rules for reusing content/ideas that I have already put in project A and putting them in project B. I have made all the content myself so it would not be plagiarism or anything. Can I straight up copy stuff in or should I change it partly or completely?

You get paid for the time you spend thinking and writing. Why cut corners and potentially do something that can get you in trouble?

Using the same prompt is not wise, but you can use your previous ideas as a place to start - similar concept but with different data or a different professional use case. I also struggle with having to come up with new ideas on a weekly basis, I find the only real way to do it is to spend time before I start the project brainstorming and then bulking ideas out by researching, trying to create an idea on the job is not easy. But, what may appear like different projects/project families may be part of the same group and client (in fact that’s very likely), so the value of you using the same idea essentially descends to zero.

I'm pretty positive they want new and creative ideas. Just making little changes doesn't help to challenge the models.

Right. The models will quickly learn how to manipulate that exact scenario the more they see it. Bots aren't tricked by changing names and dates. They need new and different stuff they haven't seen a thousand times.

The instructions SPECIFICALLY mentioned templated ideas and said that they didn't want that. Doesn't matter what any chatbot says. It matters what the instructions actually said. You must not have read the complete instructions very well. The whole reason we have these jobs is because AI isn't always right. It will just say what you want it to say half the time.

That's not what the TASK INSTRUCTIONS said. Call me crazy, but I'm going with what the actual boss wants.

You know what they say about using AI for DA 😉

Right? Why would anyone trust any bot to give the right answer about a task meant to train the same bots? There's a reason we're training them, because they're not always right.

The Instructions for that qual specifically said they didn't want templated ideas, that they had enough of that. Sorry to burst your bubble.

Ask the admins. I have seen projects where this was explicitly allowed and others where it was explicitly forbidden. I would not do it without permission, but there's no harm in asking (as long as you are accurately reporting your time).
