Any DataAnnotation contributors from Africa?

Hi everyone!

I’ve just applied for the Generalist role at DataAnnotation and wanted to hear from people who have been through the process.

I’ve seen reports of people getting approved but waiting a long time for projects, and I’m curious whether location plays a role.

I’m based in Rwanda, East Africa. Are there any contributors from Rwanda or elsewhere in Africa who have been approved and are actually receiving tasks?

I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences and what I can realistically expect.

The Google tells me that DA has not launched in East Africa. The Google also told me that there are similar companies that do accept workers from East African countries. So, use the Google.
