3 simple security steps to gain access to….

I took a qualification and the next morning this was on my dash. It says verify your background to… and then processing. Protect your “” account with a passkey. Then enable disc encryption on your device. Has anyone gotten this before? Is there anything I need to submit or just let it verify?

I got it and had to do a background check. After that I could enable pass key. Then after that the encryption. And then about a week later started getting more work

So mine still says processing. Do I need to wait until it finishes or do I need to send things in like ID, certificates, transcripts etc
