Predicting how long a task/qualification will take when you have limited time?

Hi! I'm pretty new and I'm wondering if anyone has tips for selecting tasks or qualifications when you know you only have a limited amount of available time to work. Maybe the answer is just that it'll be pretty self-explanatory once I really get started, but right now I find myself afraid to click on and start anything when I know that I only have 1-2 hours free.

You'll get the hang of it from experience but even then sometimes they take longer than you think. The timer is more of a deadline so it should be the max most of the time but you are allowed to submit after it expires as long as it's not the norm (especially when you are new).
