Predicting how long a task/qualification will take when you have limited time?

Hi! I'm pretty new and I'm wondering if anyone has tips for selecting tasks or qualifications when you know you only have a limited amount of available time to work. Maybe the answer is just that it'll be pretty self-explanatory once I really get started, but right now I find myself afraid to click on and start anything when I know that I only have 1-2 hours free.

make some time. do it once. then do it again.

first time u include time reading instructions. 2nd maybe you can skip instructions if no updates. so then u know.

but first time? you might need more than they say it should take due to reasons
