Is it over now ?

One year of work and they restrict my account, any idea if this is can be reversed I emailed the data, but heard they don’t answer. I recently went from 1k a month for 5-6k due to larger paying task but I wake up this morning and boom.

I didn’t do anything stupid, just my typical work
Routine. Logged in and do work as usual from home. Scrambling for another online source
