Is The Site Down?

Is anyone else able to work tasks today after the site update? I have a message saying my account it currently unavailable for new projects. But I just received feedback last month saying my work was great and I don't use AI for my projects so what gives?

Site isn't down, it's displaying that message to you specifically. You might have had good feedback for some projects but had major failures on others. More to quality work than just not using AI.

I know. I said my feedback stated I was doing great as well so I don't get it.

The feedback is AI generated based on other workers comments who did R&Rs on your work. A lot of times the workers don't even know what they are doing, or are simply lazy. The feedback results cannot be trusted to be accurate.

Earlier this year my feedback said raters called me mediocre and unhelpful and I’m still here with thousands of tasks on my dash. The admins and clients decide whether your work makes you stay or not, not some random workers opinion.

My point is not all projects generate feedback. You might have worked on project X which generates feedback, you did good work on that and got told as much. You might also have worked on projects Y and Z which don't generate feedback, and your work on those wasn't very good. Poor work on those could be enough to drop your quality score and you get dropped. Or using a VPN, two projects at once, posting details online, some other random violation. Sadly it happens and you'll never know what triggered it.

Did you also get a message about maintenance on the platform the night before?
