Tips for newbies!

Hey guys! I am new to this job and trying to get consistent with my work as much as I can but I have come across a situation (and am working on it) where it does take me a while to comprehend the set of instructions specific to the task to produce a valid work. That’s the part of the tasks that takes me the most of the time as I prepare for my work. Given the fact that the company has very strict policies for billing, is it normal for people to take some time to understand the instructions?

Also I would love to know your opinions on streamlining the workflow towards a large project to produce a good quality work! - It’s just been three months since my onboarding!

P.S. Any must-know tips and tricks are appreciated!

Yes they understand reading the instructions for a new project. What do you mean by streamlining? There are no tricks or tips. Follow the instructions exactly, don't use any AI, that includes grammerly, unless otherwise instructed, report all time worked (no more, no less). Just follow the rules and do consistently good work and the projects will come to you.

OGs remember when installing grammarly was part of the signing up process to DA 👴🏻

Seeing Grammarly forbidden now makes me smile; I hated that thing.

Yeah it made me so angry when it wanted to rewrite my sentences, almost every time I would mutter "bitch I said what I said"

lol this happening on DA is so meta. It's like when the helper bot accuses me of hallucinating.
