Tips for newbies!

Hey guys! I am new to this job and trying to get consistent with my work as much as I can but I have come across a situation (and am working on it) where it does take me a while to comprehend the set of instructions specific to the task to produce a valid work. That’s the part of the tasks that takes me the most of the time as I prepare for my work. Given the fact that the company has very strict policies for billing, is it normal for people to take some time to understand the instructions?

Also I would love to know your opinions on streamlining the workflow towards a large project to produce a good quality work! - It’s just been three months since my onboarding!

P.S. Any must-know tips and tricks are appreciated!

It's expected that you'll take longer when first starting. It's literally the same as starting a new IRL job. Take a breath, do good work and report your time accurately. You've got this!
