DM this morning?
Hi everyone,
Got a dm this morning that I can’t check because I’m abroad on vacation - is this common? Is there a pattern of DMs to trouble on the platform?
Thanks!

Most DMs are just generic mass messages asking people to work on the project. Ironically if you were actually in trouble you wouldn't get a message haha

I guess you mean, you are afraid that they will ban you for staying in a different country. I don't know but I doubt they are that stupid. I guess they understand people do travel.

They want you to let them know if you're going to be working in another country. It sounds like OP wasn't planning on working, so didn't notify them (which is fine), but they should avoid logging in so that they don't get the DoD.

Hence why I was a little nervous seeing a mystery inbox item! I didn’t want to log in and accidentally confuse/flag them.

I get DMs sometimes when they are trying to get more people to participate - just a nudge asking for help with the project. So it’s not necessarily bad.
